For our growing product team in Munich, Germany, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer, who will be responsible for all technical customer inquiries. As an integral part of our product team, you will be the primary contact for all technical issues of our clients. Your job will include the analysis of the reported technical issues, the ongoing administration of all collected support data and the survey of all active support incidents. Supporting the test team during new release processes, and maintaining our support website for appropriate customer communication completes the job spectrum.

We are looking for a person, that combines customer dedication with extraordinary communicational and technical skills. Reliability, efficiency and flexibility are crucial for this job. You will be required to have technical knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mac or other operating systems, especially within client/server, network and internet environments. You enjoy working in a team of professionals, who are both quality-centric and motivated. For this job, fluent English is mandatory, a second major European language of a great advantage. We also value the experience in international call centers.
