charismathics, the middleware company, announced today that it has successfully signed for additional capital as of June 2008. charismathics is a global leader of supplying IT security components and identity management software to integrators as well as software and hardware vendors and service providers.
The investors Neuhaus Partners GmbH, BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH and Bayern Kapital GmbH, as well as charismathics’ management showed up highly pleased with the conclusion of the contract referring to the tremendous community achievement. The additional funds provided in the context of the financing are to be invested for the further development of charismathics core product, “charismathics smart security interface – CSSI”, and the development of its world-wide sales activities. Serving the globe with unique products of its kind, its leading edge technologies enable identity management schemes to reduce their overall costs, to introduce open interface standards and to serve multiple tasks within a one-stop shop solution. charismathics´ expertise is a fully integrated and transparent interfacing between hardware and software tokens of all major hardware vendors, and IT networking environments.
