The New Generation Flash Memory Card including full Identity Management Support
plug´n´crypt handheld © is an all-in-one extention MMC or SD card for palmtops and smartphones, with an additional PKI chip packed aboard. Together with our plug´n´crypt © as well as our crypt´n´trust © family, it combines the functionality of a smart card and a smart card reader with the convenience of a regular memory extention card to create a unique new product: Your easy-to-use companion for contactless mobile security, and data storage.
plug´n´crypt handheld © supports all major smart card and contactless operating systems and standards and is available with 256MB, and 512MB of flash memory, or as pure ID product.

Personal profiles, keys and passwords, files and digital certificates can now be stored and encrypted on a single device, small enough to carry and big enough for all that which is important to you. Your personal passwords, keys and certificates can be securely stored on a smart card chip and accessible by an individual PIN. Thanks to the plug´n´crypt security mechanisms, even loosing your device will not be of any danger anymore - as no one can read your secret data.
Moreover, and with our mobile security interface ©, plug´n´crypt handheld © integrates into all well known standard software solutions, increasing their usability, convenience and security on the desktop and in the corporate networked environment. Together with your palmtop, it even replaces smart cards and smart card readers.
