If there are multiple Bluetooth-enabled phones (all un-paired) nearby a PC, which one will iEnigma try to pair with?

Right now the Credential Provider only uses one phone configured to be the “logon” phone in the registry. The CSP and PKC#11 components are using a configurable default phone in the registry as well. The configurator application can work with all accessible phones.
